1992

The Beginning of a small organisation by the name of Plast Alloys India Ltd with 1 Single Screw Extruder and a handful of team having only 80 MT per month manufacturing capacity.

The management dreamt of providing quality polymer compounds to the emerging automotive industry.

Not just supplying quality compounds regularly, the organisation also began to bring latest innovative products in the industry with the time.

Today we stand with more than 1250 types of Polymer Compounds with various combinations and permutations to provide a complete customised solution.

This journey of more than 2 Decades has given the organisation a reputation in the industry and named us as a NPD Company.

1998

Change of Manufacturing Technology to TWIN SCREW EXTRUDERS

2005

Inauguration of a new Manufacturing unit with complete Testing facility and a capacity of more than 5000 MT Annually.

2012

Addition of a Mega Extruder to further cater the Enhanced need of the industry and increased our capacity to 9000 MT Annually.

2019

An activity initiation for Complete Debt-Reduction and making the organisation Debt-Free by the end of 2021.

2002

Added Injection Molding Machines & established testing facility as per ASTM Standards.

2009

Increased numbers of developments by adding a small scale Lab Extruder for enhanced R&D Experience.

2016

Addition of Technical Products like Carbon Fibers & Aramid Fibers for PP Compounds applications giving extra ordinary mechanical properties to the components.

2021

A New beginning, New Horizon & New Views, Organisation starts afresh with new Financial structure & joins hands with a vastly experienced financial equity partners in the new plant based in MANESAR. Yes, We are DEBT-FREE !!!
